Happy Birthday
by Michelle Woerner

Hi crafty friends! It’s Michelle Woerner here sharing an adorable birthday card featuring the sweet froggy from the Nordic Sitting Frog die set.

I started with a 1.75″ strip of pattern paper from the Birthday Fun 6×6 paper pack. I pulled the light sage green from the paper and die cut my birthday froggy with a slightly darker shade of sage.

I chose the “happy birthday” sentiment from the Balloon Celebrations stamp/die set and die cut it with a small circle die. Next I die cut 2 more circles and adhered all 3 to the card front with foam squares. I assembled the froggy and her sweet sweater set and adhered her to the main circle with foam squares.

Of course I can’t resist adding tiny flower accents, so I used my favorite Layered Pointy Petals and die cut them from 2 shades of peach cardstock. Then I die cut the leafy branches from the Handpicked Bouquet die set from white cardstock and adhered them peeking out from the circles.

If you’re a fan of cute froggies, be sure to check out the sweet Nordic Sitting Frog AND the Lily Pad Frog die sets! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
