Colorful Hugs
by Allison Frazier

Hello, Poppystamps friends! I am excited to be back on the blog today sharing some colorful hugs. This card features the Nordic Heart Pattern Rings die, one of my favorite new products.

I started my card by adding a white panel that I cut with the Circling Frame to a white A2 card base. I love creating subtle texture for my backgrounds like this. I then chose four happy colors of card stock and cut each of them with the Nordic Heart Pattern Rings die. I used a circle die from my stash to cut a white circle that was roughly the size of the largest ring. I glued the pink and orange rings onto this white circle, alternating the colors and leaving the hearts intact.

Next, I popped the hearts out of the blue and yellow rings and glued these on top of the pink and orange rings. These rings lend themselves to so many different design possibilities, which I love. I adhered my colorful circle onto the card base with liquid glue.

To finish this card, I added the Hugs Moonlight Script for my sentiment. I cut the shadow with white card stock and the word from pink card stock. I love how playful this script font looks. I hope this card brings a smile to your face today. Thanks so much for joining us on the blog.
