Happiness Comes In Waves.

Hello everyone, have you seen these cute Whittle Wonders from the New Poppystamps collection!  

I started with a card size 7″ inches x 51/4″ inches. ..Using masking tape, I inked the center using Distress inks in blue tones, sprayed with water to create droplets.

I have embossed the inked panel with Memory Box..3D embossing folder Waves,  White same size card I cut a circle  as shown.

I cut from white & black card a mix of Whittles ..Dolphin/Fish trio/Seahorse/Sunshine..Poppystamps Floral Cluster cut in grey card..Whittle Sealife Sentiment stamps..

I have used Alcohol markers to colour,  Finished with a white gel pen to create bubbles Fairy jewels..and from my stash tiny Goggle Eyes.
