New Release Blog Blitz – Fancy Thanks

What a great day for a visit!  We're celebrating the latest Poppystamps release of 17 new dies with a blog blitz.  We'll be featuring the new dies on posts through November 12 and offering up some wonderful prizes. 

Today I'm showing you the new Fancy Thanks die! I thought it would look so pretty paired up with some colorful fall leaves, but I know I'll be reaching for this one all year round.   

I cut the Meso Background in a light purple card stock, and then cut it a second time with a darker shade of card stock.  When I adhered the cut frame to my card base I made sure lots of adhesive was left in the "open" cut holes.  Next I inserted the cuts from the darker card stock for a pretty inlaid tile look.   

The frames from the leaves were taped in place on their back sides, and adhered to my base with adhesive foam tape.   I double cut and layered the Fancy Thanks die in blue for some contrast.

A few Lovely tendrils tucked under and a sprinkle of candy looking buttons complete my card.
