Happy Birthday
by Lisa Elton

Have you checked out our latest release? This Nordic Daydream release has so many pretty dies! I’ve used a few on my card for you today. Let’s break it down from beginning to end.

It all started with a white card base and one of our Scalloped Pinpoint Frames. I used Raspberry Sorbet cardstock and a little slip of polka dot vellum. This was placed in the center of the card. I used liquid glue on both pieces. The polka dots on the vellum provided the perfect hiding spot for the little drops of glue!

After die cutting the Lovely Floral Bundle set from both colored and white cardstock, I adhered them to my frame. The leaves and daisy center, cut from the white cardstock, were all Copic colored.

I used the new Happy Birthday Tender Script as my sentiment. It was cut from yellow cardstock. The color was just a bit off for my taste, so I Copic colored it as well.

When you have pretty flowers you need some sweet butterflies. This darling pair of Nordic Cheery Butterflies did the trick! They are the perfect size for this floral set.
I hope I’ve inspired you to check out the new items in the shop. The team has been sharing cards with these products and there are more to come! Take care, friends!

This is very sweet, Lisa. Love the cute little daisy.
As pretty as a warm Spring Day, Lisa… wish we could experience a few of those ’round here! I’m loving your Nordic blossoms framed so sweetly by the scalloped frame!

Sweet, sweet card Lisa and I love, LOVE your Nordic butterflies! I just told myself I don’t NEED any more butterfly dies or stamps, but these are really calling my name…we’ll see if I cave or not! Haha!! Love the blooms and that polka dotted vellum piece in the background too! Hugs. :0)
