It’s a Great Day for Birthdays
by Lisa Elton

The first three months of the year are busy birthday months in our family. I thought these sweet little mice worked well for any age. Lets take a closer look.

I went with a soft color palette for this one with just a pop of teal. The Nordic Floral Burst Background was cut from a marshmallow cardstock then popped onto a matching card base. The Tiny Nordic Mouse (mice!) was cut from the same marshmallow cardstock with Copic shading added on their ears and cheeks. That pop of teal I mentioned was used for their sweaters. I cut the Fancy and Frilly Gifts using paper from a MB 6×6 pad. Don’t you just love the layers on this big fluffy bow?

A few Christmas Fairy Jewels were added for sparkle along with gold twine to attach the tag to the gift. The tag was made using the smallest of the Scallop Pinpoint Tags. It’s stamped with a sentiment from the Balloon Celebration Stamp Set.

Now I just have to figure out which family member to send this one to! I hope I brought a bit of inspiration to your day. Thank you so much for stopping by, we love it when you do!
