Stencils and Buttons

Hello and good morning! It's Zuzana here. We have a Bank Holiday Monday here in UK. I'm so pleased! My craft desk is ready for me and I can't wait to start, but before I go I have some nice card project to share with you. This time with focus on the stencils and button dies.

First I created background panel. My two ink pads helped me to create a nice mesh pattern. On the bottom part pink and on the top part blue. Just how I wanted.

Then I placed Poppystamps Garden Orchad Branch stencil on my panel and inked a branch with dark purple ink. After that I took a black fine pen and started to trace all flowers and leaves to built my card center piece. Coloured in with Letraset Promarkers and embellished with adhesive pearls and stones.

Continued with die cutting and embossing the Large Stitched Buttons.

When you open the Large Stitched Buttons paper pack you will find two dies inside. First you going to die cut buttons with stitched details on.

Then you going to place them on the second die set and emboss a 3D effect on.

So the buttons look like this!

I wanted to add some extra for my card so I played with the purple ink and inked the buttons around. As you see the 3D effect stood out even more.

Hope that you like my techniques. Have a lovely day!

Sending hugs!
