Nordic Petalglow Birthday Wishes
By Jyoti Adhikari

Today I’m sharing a soft and cheerful birthday card featuring the beautiful Nordic Petalglow Flower Die. I love how the layered flowers create a delicate focal point while the eyelet details add a touch of elegance. The combination of pink blooms, fresh green leaves, and a clean light pink background makes this card perfect for celebrating a special birthday.

Creating the Floral Focal Point

I started by die cutting the flowers using the Nordic Petalglow Flower Die. The layered petals add wonderful dimension and detail, making the blooms stand out beautifully. I chose shades of pink for the flowers and paired them with bright green stems and leaves for a fresh spring-inspired look.

Adding an Elegant Frame

To create a decorative backdrop for the flowers, I used the Fine Eyelet Frames Die to cut a delicate eyelet rectangle from white cardstock. The intricate eyelet design adds texture and interest while keeping the overall design light and airy.

Arranging the Design

Once the frame was adhered to the card front, I arranged the flowers in a simple bouquet. The layered blooms fit perfectly within the eyelet frame, creating a balanced focal point. A small birthday sentiment was added across the stems to tie the design together without covering the beautiful die-cut details.

Finishing Touches

To complete the card, I added a few soft pink embellishments around the floral arrangement for a subtle sparkle. The clean white background allows the flowers and eyelet frame to remain the stars of the design while maintaining an elegant and timeless look.

This card is a wonderful example of how a few well-designed die cuts can create a striking handmade card. The combination of the Nordic Petalglow Flower Die and Fine Eyelet Frames Die results in a design that is both delicate and eye-catching—perfect for sending warm birthday wishes.

Thanks so much for stopping by today. I hope this card inspires you to create your own floral birthday cards using your favorite color combinations!

Hugs,

Jyoti
