Warm Cocoa Wishes

Hello Friends! Who doesn’t love a warm cup of cocoa on a chilly day? I especially enjoy mine after spending time outside. 

I love texture and wanted more than usual for this card, so went with a double layer. First, I used the Diamond Oval Pinpoint Background die—my new favorite for a subtle background. Then I die cut and layered multiple Nordic Cozy Mittens for a warm, winter feeling. There’s a tiny  hidden heart on one of the mittens—can you spot it? 

The Nordic Cozy Cocoa is such a fun set of dies and easy to assemble. I used some glitter glue from my stash to make the whipped cream shimmer. I always like to add a coordinating image or die inside to finish my card (even if I don’t always photograph it)—this time I added a cozy mitten.
