Just Wow
by Lisa Elton

Hello, friends and welcome! It’s Lisa here today with a pretty little card filled with whimsical fun. This one works well for both the spring and summer seasons. Daisies and butterflies, what could be better than that?

I cut a 4″ x 5 1/4″ panel of the daisy paper (Birthday Fun paper pad) then topped it with the Nordic Pattern Heart Rings. All of the hearts and dots were popped out. This was adhered to a white card base. Then I added a trio of those darling butterflies!

Just WOW… that’s what I have to say about our newest butterflies! The Nordic Belle Butterfly can be layered up in so many wonderful combinations. Colors, patterns, one , two or three layers… you decide! I started with a layer of our Golden Wheat cardstock. Next were some snippets from the Glimmering Gladiola paper pad (from our parent company, Memory Box) and finally vellum. A glittery body was in order for just a pop of pizazz!

I used the smallest portion of the Nordic Heart Pattern Ring, leaving the tiny hearts intact this time,  to hold my sentiment. It comes from our newest Hooray Stamp Set. I heat embossed it in gold. I have a feeling this one will be going to our granddaughter. Softball season has just begun and she always WOWS me with her abilities on the pitcher’s mound!

Have a beautiful day, friends!
