Nordic Floral Butterfly
by Birgit Norton

Good morning Poppystamps crafters!  Birgit here with you, fluttering by today to share this card I made using Nordic Floral Butterfly.  What a beautifully detailed butterfly, right?  Let’s jump right in and I’ll show how this card came together.

I started by cutting all the elements of the Nordic Floral Butterfly out of the Delicate Pastel Glitter Pad, Vintage Pastel Mirror Pad and Lagoon 6×6 Cardstock Pad.  Because the Nordic Floral Butterfly die cuts all the pieces out at once, I had enough to create three butterflies.  I layered each of the butterflies, alternating the cardstocks and used one on today’s project, leaving me with two more butterflies for future projects.  Win! Win!

To make the background, I cut the Circling Frame out of a piece of blue cardstock from the Lagoon 6×6 Cardstock Pad and laid it over a sheet of the same color, giving me a nice textured but cohesive background.

I adhered the butterfly to the center of the card front and added a Thank You Greeting Tab for the sentiment.  Easy peasy and oh, so pretty!
