Welcome! Poppystamps begins the New Year with a Blog Blitz and a chance for you to win the beautiful new dies in the 2020 Valentine collection! Come take a look at the new Meadowblossom Frame and Stencil. 

The beautiful etched heart and frame die cut with perfectly wonderful detail. And Poppy includes the stencil which allows you to color the flowers. Take a look at how I made my card.

Using 2 Distress Ink colors, I loosely applied ink to my card front.

You can't see the die cut frame, but I positioned it on my card front, then inserted the heart into the frame and lightly penciled around it. This is where my sentiment will go.

New to Poppy's Valentine release is this sentiment set called, Valentine's Fun. Hugs and Kisses has the sweetest curly flourish and fits perfectly within the heart.

After stenciling and inking my flowers, I added some detail with these copic colors.

I also added a small bouquet at the top of the heart, and some Nuvo drops to the flower centers.

The Meadowblossom Frame and Stencilis a true delight and it seems so useful in a lot of situations, not only for Valentine! I can see it on anniversary or new baby cards, with a photo inside the heart, as topper on a photo album cover… Absolutely a must have!
