Hello Everyone!

Have you seen this month's October challenge? It's Falling Leaves and Scary Things, and we love the spooky creations coming our way for this scary challenge! You've got all month to show us your spookiest creation using at least one Poppystamps product, and link it up to our challenge page! What will you create?

I made a floating Magic Pumpkin to rise out of the pumpkin patch! I used alcohol ink and YUPO paper against a stamped distress ink galaxy background to create my spooky scene. 

Creating a background with alcohol ink on YUPO paper is easy and fun! The best part is, it is almost impossible to screw up! That's right, no matter how you smear and blend the colors on the paper, it will look vibrant and beautiful. For the pumpkin and the moon in the Bat Ring, I stuck to oranges and yellows. The tiny leaves from Leafy Breeze were also made with alcohol and YUPO, cut from tiny scraps left over from another project. I save every little bit of my YUPO scraps too! They make beautiful leaves, feathers, tiny holiday bulbs, even stars!
