Rose Stem with Fluttering Butterflies
by Marybeth Lopez

Hello to you all! Happy almost weekend, can you believe…. May will be here in a few minutes:)

For my card today I used the: Beautiful Rose Stem and Stitched Fluttering Butterflies dies from Poppystamps. I cut the rose panel out of firm vellum , glued the the main body to fun foam. After placing all the pieces back in I decided to remove and color softly with Zig Real Brush Pens.

Below shows the pieces being placed back in without glue and non colored. After I colored them I added tiny dots of glue and placed back in the same way.
It was like making a puzzle but already knowing where each peace was going to go. Very relaxing!

The butterflies are cut from firm vellum as well then colored the same way with Zig pens.

I may add a sentiment to the front of this card but liked it as is for now… I can always add later. Thank you for the visit and I hope you give the look and die a try….. very enjoyable crafting.
