You’ve Got This!
by Jennifer Svare

Hello!  Today I have a tri-fold card to share!  The front has a simple round window showing a fish in the background.  The fish has a bright red sparkle on its cheek.

When the card is opened, it shows that fish leading the school, with "you've got this" along the bottom. The star bubble adds to the overall feel of accomplishment and the sentiment stamp is perfect for "confident encouragement!"

When the fish panel is opened, there is room for writing on the inside, and I like how the writing will be kept hidden when on display.

Using the I'm a Narwhal Stamp Set, the fish were created by stamping the single fish several times to create the school. The bubbles, star, and sentiment are also part of the set.  I then colored the fish with Copic markers.  A tiny bit of "chunky-yet-super-sparkly" glitter was added to each fish cheek so they really do flash like a fin in the light. To create some dimension, Glossy Accents was added to each fish and also the bubbles.

The water background was created using distress oxide inks, but wanted it to look very light and not overpowering, so it was just lightly sponged on.  No water was added – the dimension was picked up from using a sponge.

The front pattern was made with an embossing folder.

I've created a video that shows each step of creating this fun, simple card!
