Chalkboard Slider Tag
by Olga Direktorenko

Hi there,

There is a fun project I would like to share with you today – that is an interactive Halloween tag. To create this tag I have used the new Autumn Fairies stamp set along with the coordinating dies and Memory Box Straight Slider Grooves dies.

My color choice this time was black and white to achieve a chalkboard look.

The fairy with a tiny Jack-O’Lantern is sliding out from behind an acorn house – watch the video to see it and to learn how to make this tag!

Don’t forget about the GIVEAWAY! Just leave a comment on this post (as well as any other posts on Slider series) until September 13 for a chance to win a stamp set, coordinating dies and slider grooves die set!

  3. Hi Olga, I love the chalkboard effect on this tag !! I scrolled down to the first piccie and read about the ‘faerie’, and I thought my eyes were deceiving me haha, it was only when I scrolled further down and actually saw the ‘faerie’ hahaha. I adore the faerie and I adore the acorn house, they are a ‘marriage made in Heaven’. I absolutely love this. I’m off to watch you create it now, thank you for the inspiration, and I’m really looking forward to trying a ‘slider’ card now after all the fabulous inspiration.

  7. Fantastic tag! The coin for the free movement of the fairy is excellent, I could use a penny. The use of the black fun foam, is a great affordable technique, this material I can easily get and it’s cheap. I love that the fairy slides along without having to be pulled! Thank you for the excellent video. This tag is amazing and very inspiring. I will be using these techniques in the future.
