Stitched Alpine Snowflake Band

Well hello poppy stamp fans! Welcome to the day after the big holiday Blog Blitz! Did you love all the samples by the design team? Wow! Some fabulous new stamps and dies. I have a card to show you that I made using the new Stitched Alpine Snowflake Band.
My card is nearly square, 5 1/2 x 5 3/4″ to accomodate the whole die. I wanted to use the whole image, white on aqua, and aqua on white. This is such an easy card to make. The die is so lovely, and I wanted it to shine. Literally! I used shimmer cardstock!
I used the white under the blue, and visa versa on the other side. Sequins just add to the wintery shimmer, don’t you think?

Yes, I did love all the new dies in the blitz. This one is very cool too and the reversal technique made a beautiful card. I love the shimmer of the blue cardstock!

I first looked at your card and said, “No, that’s too much work.” Then, I realized it was just one die and the snowflakes were all connected! To top it off, you used a positive/negative theme. So easy, but looks exquisite! I could actually do this:)
