Welcome to the Poppystamps Blog! Oh my gosh I did it again a card with a heart on it.
I love simple cards to convey a powerful message. I created a rainbow background using a sponge blending technique and then adding versamark and a glittered embossing powder.
Then the top panel with the the die cut is mounted with foam dots to raise the panel for a dimension effect. I also stamped and mounted my sentiment.
