Leafy Shaker
by Sue McRae

Hi everyone! The weather where I am is definitely nearing the end of fall mode. Most of the leaves have already changed their colours and are gone from the trees. But we can still enjoy the striking hues of autumn in our projects!

I die cut the Verona Flourish from water colour paper, inked them up with Distress Inks and gave a quick spray with Perfect Pearls.

For the shaker element, I took my background and die cut the flourish from one corner and created a shaker pouch with the fuse tool and sequins. I also pierced holes around all the sides and splattered some gold paint.

I think this is a fun and elegant way to add a shaker element to a thank you card.

Thanks for visiting with me today!
