Snowflake Ribbon

Hello friends! I have a lovely soft watercolored Christmas card to share with you today featuring the beautiful Snowflake Ribbon Die and Fancy Believe die from Poppystamps!

I started by wetting my whole piece of watercolor paper liberally and then I just dabbed green watercolors along the bottom left corner. I only used one shade of green and I just let that spread with the water. After it was very dry, I cut out the Snowflake Ribbon die out of white card stock, and glued that along the right side with Mono Adhesive. I cut the Fancy Believe die out with white card stock as well and glued it along the bottom. I cut some small white snowflakes out with the Christmas Baubles die and glued them along the sides of the ribbon. I then added a few clear 4mm sequins.

The sparkly pieces you see in the loops of the b and l in believe were cut out of glittery fun foam and added in at the last minute. I thought that looked festive! 🙂

I hope you have enjoyed my post today! It won't be long before Christmas is here, so get busy on those Christmas cards!

Hugs,

Kay 🙂
