Blog Blitz Day 7 – Featuring Posh Outline

Hello and welcome again to the Poppystamps Blog Blitz where we are featuring all of the gorgeous new dies just released! Today I am featuring the beautiful new Posh Outline die. This die is so pretty and the first time I saw it, I thought it would make a gorgeous Christmas card used as a poinsettia, but as you can see with my card here, it also makes a lovely spring or summer card as well!

I started with a piece of watercolor paper 5 1/4 x 4. I wet the whole piece and dabbed two shades of pink and some brilliant yellow Peerless watercolors on the paper. I let those blend a bit and then let the whole thing dry. I then stamped the sentiment at the bottom with black ink.


 

I mounted the watercolored panel to an A2 top folding white card base with foam tape. Next I cut out one flower from the Posh Outline die and one from the Small Posh Outline die. I glued these down with just  a dab of glue in the center of the flower. I added some bright yellow enamel dots to the center of the flowers and a few sequins scattered about.
