Sweet Little Baby

Hello and good morning. Is it Thursday already? This week is flying so fast. I have a very special card for you. My best friend is having a baby today and guess what? I'm going to be there with you. I will witness a miracle of the life to welcome tiny, sweet baby to this big world.

I started with die cuting Ringling background from white cardstock, then I used baby blue ink pad to ink it all over. Matted with the cream linen cardstock and adhered it on the kraft cadstock card blank.

I continued with die cutting of Baby Socks, coloured them with my Copic pens and fixed them with two large brown eyelets on the card front. I layered cream lace ribbon with red folk style ribbon on the bottom.

I embellished my card with red hearts some of them leftovers from my previous Poppystamps projects some added from Heart Stack die. Lastly I assembled letters 'baby' this time I tried shadow layering. You can see both layers black and underneath brown.
