Nordic Daydream Delight

Hello Friends! I’m sharing another card with dies from the gorgeous Nordic Daydream release. For this design, I’m using the new Nordic Whisper Butterfly along with the beautiful Nordic Luminelle Flower.
My background is the largest Scalloped Pinpoint Frame. To add a little interest, I added score lines at 1/4” increments.
Next, I randomly applied various shades of metallic watercolor paints to a piece of mixed media paper. Once dry, I die cut the Poppystamps Nordic Whisper Butterfly and Nordic Luminelle Flower.
The Nordic Whisper Butterfly is very easy to assemble and I love shine from the metallic watercolors.
The beautiful Luminelle Flower is just as simple to assemble. Again, the metallic watercolors just shine—something that’s truly hard to capture in photos. I used plain paper for the top of the leaves and the watercolored paper as a backer. For a whimsical touch, I scattered some of the flower centers across the background. I only tucked one tiny heart on this card, but I think it’s easy to see. I completed the card with the new Thank You Tender Script sentiment.
