It’s a Jubilee Birthday Celebration!

Hello sweet Poppy peeps and a Happy New Year to one and all! It was also my birthday the other day, so I’m in a festive mood! In fact, I have a bonus card for your today. More on that after we see how this little cutie came to be.

I started with the Birthday Fun paper pad and two of our Scallop Pinpoint Ring dies.

The patterned paper was adhered to a white card base. Next, I cut two more of the Scallop Rings using some gold Festive Glitter paper. I added just the outer ring to the card leaving the white base to show through the circle.

The cuteness was added next! The Jubilee Penguin went in the large opening using foam tape to pop her up. A pair of Frilly Gifts went into the smaller circle. Once again, the Birthday Fun paper pad was used.

Here’s a close up of the party girl. I couldn’t resist giving her a polka dot hat! These little penguins are so easy to put together.

I used a fun Foil Birthday Greetings Circle Tab by Memory Box as my sentiment. Now about that bonus card….

Remember those Scallop Pinpoint Circles I cut from the first patterned panel? I couldn’t let them just sit around, so I used them right away. This time they went onto a white card base with a Scallop Pinpoint Frame added. The Birthday Penguin, Layer Cake and another of those Memory Box Foil Birthday Greetings Tabs were used. I sprinkled on a few Fairy Jewels just for fun!
