Simple Merry Christmas | by Michelle Woerner
Hi crafty friends! It’s Michelle Woerner here today sharing this super simple Christmas card using several die sets from the Nordic Winter Magic release.

To start my card, I die cut 2 red frames using the first and third dies in the Scalloped Pinpoint Frames die set. Then I die cut 2 frames from striped patterned paper using the second and fourth dies from the same set. I arranged them and then adhered down with adhesive dots. I considered using foam tape for dimension, but the thought of trying to get it straight on the first try was too daunting. With the adhesive dots, you have a bit of time to pull up and straighten the sides.

Using the Cute Bow die set, I die cut the bow with red and red glitter cardstock from the Festive Glitter pad. I used both cardstock pieces for the bow, as using all glitter cardstock lost a bit of the details. Making the shadow parts of the loops with the solid really made the glitter pop! I love using glitter cardstock because you can get lots of sparkle with no extra bulk making it easier to mail.

Using the Merry Christmas Cheerful Script set and I die cut the sentiment from the same red glitter cardstock. To keep the scale smaller and cleaner, I did not use the shadow die for the sentiment. This card is very flat and mailing this will not require extra postage which is a good thing for holiday cards!
Thank you for stopping by and be sure to stop by and check out the Nordic Winter Magic release!
