Hello, Poppystamps friends! On behalf of the team, I want to wish everyone who celebrates a very Happy Thanksgiving. I know that we are all grateful for your support of Poppystamps! So, that is what inspired today’s autumn themed card.

I knew I wanted a fall theme, so I grabbed one of my favorite paper packs for fall colors – the Memory Box Nutmeg Plaid pack. After choosing this plaid paper for the card base, I chose some coordinating colors for all of my die cuts. I started with cutting and assembling the pieces for the adorable Nordic Bundled Fox. I just love his big fluffy tail, but the really fun thing about this die set is that you can create a cat instead of a fox! Using the same color papers, I cut the smallest leaves from both the Nordic Oak Leaves set and the Nordic Maple Leaves set.

Using the second largest die from the new Scalloped Pinpoint Frames, I cut a panel from some pale blueish gray paper. I set aside the scalloped frame to use for another card and just used the inner panel for this card. I used a reddish brown cardstock to mat this panel, which I then glued to the plaid A2 card base. I also used the same color card stock to cut the Thank You Moonlight Script die. This die set has shadow layers, but I just used the words for this card.

I glued all of the elements to the card panel, including a small bunch of leaves at the bottom and a few leaves falling in the background. I think this card turned out to be really sweet, and I hope it brings a smile to your face today. Thanks so much for joining us on the blog!
