Rainbow Paws and Leaping Dachshunds

Hello Friends! I couldn’t resist making another card with the Dog Days of Summer release. It’s just such a fun set that brings a smile to my face. I hope my card makes you smile too!
For my background I used the Pawprint Stencil set. There are two stencils, but I only used the pawprint one for this card. I chose a rainbow of colorful inks and just started blending them randomly to create a playful and happy background.
Next, I die cut the Leaping Dachshund five times and used colorful papers from Memory Box for the sweaters. It’s so easy to assemble these adorable pups and I dressed each one in a different color sweater! I chose the perfectly coordinated sentiment from the summer release: “Go Shorty!” To add some texture and tie everything together, I decided to add some bones from the Curved Dachshund die set to the background.
For my little something extra inside the card, I just stenciled a few colorful pawprints to match the front. If you’re still looking for the tiny heart, I’ll give you a hint: look closely at the pink pawprints!
