Boo To You!

I always start my cards the same way, I arrange the die cut pieces on a piece of clear plastic the same size as my card base. This allows me to move things around until I’m happy and commit to adhering everything in place. It also makes it convenient to slip different backgrounds underneath to see which ones I like best!
Because this is a scene card I started with a green grassy field along the bottom and ended with a purple sky. Stacked circle die cuts become a moon to light your path! I changed this on the finished card when I decided that the moon would make a great place to stamp the sentiment.
It doesn’t get cuter than this! The new Loveable Witch is so sweet and easy to assemble! My witch has violet eyes and I added alcohol marker rosy cheeks to her, the ghosts and pumpkins.
I adhered the ghosts and pumpkins with adhesive foam tape to add dimension to the design. The ghosts look like they’re floating, and leaves are tucked under the raised pumpkins.
