Birthday Blooms
by Marybeth Lopez

Hi there, Marybeth Lopez  here again today with a blooming birthday card for you today. All white paper was used in this card. I used the : Poppystamps  Floral Cake Pop Up Easel Set for the leaves only. The flower die from Poppystamps is called Petite Blooms Flower Set.

I die cut a few blooms then shaded very lightly with distressed ink. I did the same with the die cut  leaves. Once the darker centers were added to the flower I dotted with a black fine tip marker.

I used my quilting stiletto ( the gold slender pointy thing) to curl the edges of the petals and leaves before adhering them to my card base.

I am very pleased at how easily, this card came together. I had all my foiled sentiments all made up at the same. . So nice to make a few ahead of time and ready to go when needed.  Everything I used is linked below. ( for some reason I couldn’t link the Floral Cake Pop Up Easel Set) Its pictured in a photo on this post.

Thanks so much for the visit, I hope you have a beautiful weekend and week ahead. I hope you have a wonderful June and start of summer as well. Happy Crafting to you all. Please check out all the new products at the Poppystamps store.
