Row Your Boat
by Michele K. Henderson

Hello Everyone!
I am so excited to be sharing this card I created with the brand new Seaside Dock and the Wooden Rowboat! WhenI first saw this adorable combination, I thought about all of the great metaphors a little boat and a dock could create. I really played around with these two images a lot too, in order to get it just right. What messages do YOU see with this tiny boat? Is it off to a new adventure, or sailing in to a safe shore? Is it a reminder to a friend that you are always near, or an encouragement to someone whose journey has just begun, or that our dreams are still just out of reach? Maybe it’s just a little boat on a summer’s day!

The Seaside Dock and the Wooden Rowboat were cut with basic cardstock, and then placed inside the Pointed Rectangle Frame. I added two tiny waves from the Gentle Wave Collage and a few sparkling sequins and voila!

Thanks so much for joining us today!

Hi Michele, ‘Row, row, row your boat. Gently down the stream. Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily. Life is but a dream.’
This children’s song is what this beautiful card conjures up in my mind.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
