Happy Birthday Tag Card
by Pam Simpson

Hello everyone Pam here today, sharing a birthday tag card.

Feminine Card using delicate colours for my friend.

I had an idea of the layout for this card! I have used it a few times, I just vary it.

I started by die cutting these new Poppystamps “Tender Tulips”, top picture shows a bit of shaping to these petals one white and one peach colour, next using distress ink  Tattered Rose, Next using a finger dauber I inked along the edges, then adhered together as shown bottom photo.

I have made my card base 6.1/2″ square using white and peach card.. I have cut the “Happy Birthday Tag in peach,  next using the same size from Memory Box..Open Studio.. “Stitched Main Street Tags” this I cut in white, shaded  with green ink.. I have adhered this together, then adhered to the card as shown with a bow. Next I have added a border using these “Pretty Stitched” boarder dies along one edge. this I placed as shown.

Below I have shown how I work!! I cut most of what I am going to use in two colours!! what I do not use will get used some other time.. I used the peach Happy Birthday Tag,.. White Tulip flowers.. White Chiffon ribbon, not peach..

Close up of the layout for these flowers, I have used a distress marker on these Tulips and random dots on the tag.

Finished card with sequins and white chiffon bow.

Thank you for stopping by Pam x.
