 I created a simple watercolor for my background  then adhered the images on top with foam tape. After they were in place I stamped some of the bubbles ( included in the set) near the fish . After the images were dry I added shimmer with Wink Of Stella.

I didn’t add many layers , so it is pretty simple for mailing.  The pretty envelope that the card is standing on is from Birch Press Design !
