Get Well Soon.
by Pam Simpson

Hello everyone, I needed a get well card for my friend as she has been in hospital for an operation, she also  loves  pink  and bright colours..

Love this layout using Poppystamps Pretty Stitches border die. Below I have showed how I did this double one in pink..

I needed a strip of card 5.1/2″ long and wide enough to handle, top picture show one cut I have done and where to place your die for the second cut,  next picture show the pretty border made.

Last picture using my Misty stamping tool for perfect placement stamping on my card blank 5.1/2″ x 5.1/2″ ..

This shows all my die cuts I am going to use on this card,  I do tend to make up as I go along and change my mind! as we do.

White card 3.1/2″ deep 5.1/2″ wide I have used the border die as shown. I have adhered the two border pink strips in place.

Here I have arranged all my decorations I intend to use on the card, NOT glued anything down! till I make sure I like it,  you`ll see on the top and bottom photos I cut 1.2″ from  the top of my pink card above the white panel, as to me it did`nt look right, now seem more symmetrical..

This  is the finished card, Pearl in the center of these beautiful “Stitched Poinsettias Trio” I have used  white card one  flower set and two large petals in pink and green to layer up this flower,  Freida Leaf, glued onto  Stitched Scallop Circle by Memory Box “Open Studio”.

Pink dots along the boarder and in the flower background, BoBunny Blush double dots pen.

Thank you for stopping by, I hope I have not bored you with this post. Pam x
