Pick Your Pumpkin

Hello Everyone!

Sweet or Scary? The answer depends on what you think about spiders! This little spider is getting ready for Halloween, and he's come down to pick the perfect pumpkin.

 
I did something a little different today and made an all-white bright card, except for the spider, and the single thread of silky embroidery floss he's swung down. The Stitched Cobwebs have an amazing texture to them, so this card has a wonderful feel, and I hope I've captured it in the photographs well. If you like spiders and their environmental value, like I do, you might be on Team Sweet!

If spiders aren't your thing, you might be on Team Scary! I love the idea of a "giant" web and the red spider drawing you in. The Stitched Cobwebs,  Trim Tree, and the Spider Banner are all from the newest Poppystamps release. The Gourds and Pumpkins are a fall favorite.
