Silent Night

This card was fun to make. I like creating scenes and this one was so very easy. The inspiration for this card is the Grand Townhouse Window. When I ordered this window I had an idea it would be an easy window to work with and it is. The center is cut for you, and the window can be used direct to paper or it can be die cut and then cut from the base paper as I did for this card. I'm finding tons of uses for the Mountain Top Trees die and stamp. If you look closely you can see I stamped and cut this image twice giving it a bit more dimension. The sky was sponged on using a blue ink and for a bit I was stumped as to what could be used for stars. If you look closely you will see the stars were cut from portions of the Diamond Background die. I added a bit of ribbon and the Small Blooming Poinsettia die, which I glittered. The inside of this card could not have been easier. I stamped it with my "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" stamp. One more Christmas Card is done!
I hope your week is filled with creativity and I hope you come back and visit the Poppystamps Blog often. There is always something going on here.
Until next time…..Happy Crafting
