Warm Wishes!
by Rachel Duong

Hi, it’s Rachel sharing a festive holiday card from the latest Poppystamps release. The Satin Ribbon die is absolutely gorgeous and the Nordic Fancy Bell…. wow! I used all the glitter and shine I could find and grounded it on a neutral white cardbase. It’s simple in design, yet elegant too.

First I die cut the Poppystamps Satin Ribbon out of a deep raspberry red glitter cardstock. I glued it to a white cardbase almost exactly how it is pictured on the package it came in. I love the way it freely covers the entire card and it’s flowing quality. Tip–adhere it directly onto the cardbase.

Next I diecut the Nordic Fancy Bell. Choosing colors for the layers took a bit of time because I wanted to get the combination just right. A mix of glittered platinum, metallic gold, pearlized gold, pearlized silver and glittered gold created the bell. I glued it onto the card using foam dots to give it dimension.

Finally, I diecut the Warm Wishes Fluffy Script out of a rich emerald green. I love how the words are two individual fonts! I diecut the outline in the same cardstock as the base. I glued the sentiment on the outline, overlapping the ribbon and popped it up with foam.

What I love most about this card, besides the ribbon, is the way the bell lights up when it catches the light. Pictured here is the bell radiantly beaming!

The sentiment is showing off it’s fabulous green sparkles. The ribbon brings it all together.

Hope you love this holiday card. It’s not too early to start holiday cardmaking. All three of these dies are versatile. They can also be used for many occasions such as weddings, birthdays, showers, etc,. Please check out the Poppystamps Nordic Noel latest release. It’s amazing!
