Happy Birthday with Nordic Flowers
by Ilina Crouse

Hi everyone,

Ilina here! I am always in a need of birthday cards, so I decided to share another birthday card with you today, but by changing the sentiment you can make it applicable for any occassion you have a need for.

For my card I used the 2773 Nordic Scatter Flowers dies, 2764 Fine Eyelet Frames, 2768 Happy Birthday Tender Script, 2785 Nordic Leafy Stems and the 2782 Nordic Scalloped Flower Pots.

To make the card start by die cutting the flower pot (s). When I die cut I like to die cut miltiple dies at the same time, so that’s what I did here, instead of the layers for one pot, I die cut them for all four and will save the rest for later use.

Next die cut the flowers and the stems, from colors of your choice. Die cut the sentiment out of gold and two additional layers from cream cardstock. Die cut the 3rd from the largest one eyelet frame from cream cardstock and a coral colored panel (or any other color of your choice) to A2 size ( 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″).

Stack the sentiment layers to create thicker and sturdier sentiment, assemble the flower pot and the flowers.

Now you can start assembling your panel. Adhere the sentiment to the eyelet frame, then adhere the flower pot using foam tape. Then add the flowers. Once I added the flowers I decided I needed some more green and die cut leaves from the Nordic Leafy Stems die set.

Arrange the leaves around your flowers. Next using foam tape or any other adhesive of your choice adhere the eyelet panel to the coral one. !

Create a A2 white note card and add the panel to it. Your card is done!!

Thank you so much for stopping by. Hope you have an amazing day!
