Hello Spring

I’m so excited to see the change in the seasons here in the Midwest. The cold still creeps in at night, but the days are glorious sunshine! I hear the birds singing in the morning, the grass is green, and the trees are growing leaves!
I started with the cute little Nordic Happy Bunny. I cut the body in shades of white and brown. It was really easy to assemble. I couldn’t resist dressing the bunny in shades of pink to match her ears and cute little nose. The die set includes the cardigan and scarf.
I added a Nordic Lavish Border in green to create a grassy foreground. This die set has three dies and any of them would look great. I selected the circular edge. A Nordic Lacy Plate is cut from white cardstock for the background and layered over the same shade of green to create a leafy looking background.
I added blooms from the Nordic Flower Bunch die set. They’re adhered with adhesive foam tape to add some dimension. I added more layers to the flowers by stacking them. The finishing touch is the Hello Spring sentiment.
