Boo Window Card with Nuvo Drops Eyeballs

Hello!  Today I’m sharing a video tutorial on how to make this fun Halloween card using the brand new Boo Outline craft die. The eyeballs made from Nuvo crystal drops peek through the o’s from the inside of the card. The boo was die cut from white, and I also made a version using white glitter paper from the Frosted glitter pad at Memory Box.
