I stamped the image using Peony Bouquet Clear Stamp from Poppystamps , then heat embossed in white. I then used zig pens to watercolor the image in. When dry I fussy cut the image out.

The image above shows the back side of the panel and how I add the fun foam. Messy but it works and seems to be a more even fit than foam tape.

I tucked the peony image inside the frame and used a bit of  fun foam where needed.

Not sure why but when I add my water mark the photo gets duller so I posted both. This Peony was so easy to color in with watercolors.
