Happy Easter
by Nancy Penir

Greetings and Happy Spring to all! I have a trio of Spring/Easter cards for you today, with background designer paper I made with Poppystamps new Picnic Plaid.

Once I got this generously sized plaid stamp into my Misti, it was hard to stop! As you can see, I used pastels and knew I wanted to create Easter cards.

I used 2 main dies, coloring only one main image and mixing colors with my Distress Oxides.

My tip for the day: use Q-tips for small spaces, and mix colors for a marbled look. It works great! Notice how I added pink to the bunny’s cheeks and ears.

Easy breezy to get a soft pastel pink just where you want it with a Q-tip.

3 cards, easily done with a fun plaid stamp, and plenty of papers left over to do more!

Have a great weekend!
