Sending Christmas Wishes
by Robin Tharaldson

This card features a design strip made with the circles stamp from the Studio Blotter stamp set. I used my stamp positioner, red and green ink and and moved my cardstock repeatedly to make my design. Then over top I used VersaMark ink and gold embossing powder. I used gold glitter paper to cut Poppystamps Sending Script die and heat embossed my stamped sentiment, from Poppystamps Christmas Greetings stamp set.

Here are directions for making the decorative strip.

I started with my red ink, stamped the image, and moved my paper one inch, up or down, for each impression.

I moved my starting point up a half inch and stamped my first green impression. From there each impression was one inch up or down.

I moved my starting point up a quarter inch, stamped my first Versamark impression and used gold embossing powder. From there each impression was one inch up or down. I stamped three impressions with Versamark and then heat embossed; repeated until my strip is covered; then trimmed the strip down into two pieces. I used a Memory Box Notecard, in Cranberry, as my card base and then splattered it with gold paint. Added my sentiment strip and adhered Sending to my card!
