Scribble Thank You
by Jinny Newlin

Afternoon, y'all!  It's Jinny here today to continue our Valentine Blog Blitz, in celebration of the January 2017 Release, with a beautiful, all-occasion thank you.

I started this card by watercoloring a piece of watercolor paper in shades of green and purple.  I then speckled it with those same watercolors, as well as Pure Black and Titanium White acrylic paints, before using the new, Tulisa Collage craft die to die-cut its center.  I then backed it with a piece of white, glitter cardstock, before securing everything, with silver-threaded, straight, machine stitches, to the white, cardstock, card face.  The Corden Butterfly was die-cut from a piece of watercolor paper, prepped in the same way as the background itself with the exception of using different shades of watercolor.  I then topped it with a die-cut, Pacific Point, cardstock Powell Butterfly and secured it, just at its center, in the top center of the card face, with silver-threaded, messy, machine stitches.  A little foam tape, tucked under the wings themselves, ensures they will never lie flat.

A die-cut, from white cardstock, Scribble Thank You, adhered in the bottom center of the design, completes the look.

Be sure to stop back by every day, TWICE a day, through Monday, October 23, 2017, to see what my talented teammies have cooked up, using all the new goodies, just for your viewing pleasure.  AND don't forget to leave lots of love as you visit; because a new, January Release product is being randomly given away on EACH AND EVERY Poppystamps' blog post.  You have until Wednesday, January 25, 2017, to do so.  Winners will be announced, on the Poppystamps blog, the following Saturday, January 28, 2017.  I've got the versatile, Scribble Thank You craft die, that you see in action above, to giveaway today.

That's it, from me, for this Blog Blitz; but there truly is so much left to see.  You simply don't want to miss out.  Have fun, and good luck with ALL the glorious prizes, Poppystamps friends!  Hugs!
