Join me for a Cup of Tea
Hello dear blogging friends. First let me say thank you to all of you who have left comments on our blogs during the Blog Hop, we so appreciate these!
Today I'd like to invite you all to have tea with me 😉 I made a hanging sign for my 'Tea Parlour':
I first printed my text on a chalkboard image (loads of which can be found on the internet by the way, no need to get inky fingers here, lol!). The fonts I used are Bergamot Ornaments and Chalk Hand Lettering. I personally am very fond of these old-fashioned romantic tea parlours, hence the flowers (partly resin, partly paper), leaves and doilies. With my Sharpie pen I added small faux stitches along the sides:
