Background Dies, Christmas, Flowers

Hi Poppystamps fans.

Welcome to another day of Blog Blitz!

Each card is made of lovely craft called Delfina from Birch Press Design. Left one has only one layer when two on the right are coming with two layers. It may look difficult to lay one on the other but believe me it is not that complex. 

Each card is decorated with flowers made from 1570 Holiday Poinsettia craft die. As you probably noticed I don't do flat flowers. And this time is not an exception. I formed them with ball and added various elements inside. I thought it would be good to break that red and white color tone so I decided to use holy leaves (1601 Holly Leaf Branch craft die) cut from green paper.

Simple but classy, hope you enjoy it.

  27. Your flowers are magnificent, Ilona. I have the smaller version of these poinsettias, and they have seen more use than any other Christmas dies. The larger ones allow for more sculpting, and I love that you used three different centers for them.
    The background die is exquisite, but I was surprised at the price, which means, unfortunately, they will not become part of my die collection. Thank you for sharing these real beauties. I always enjoy what you craft.

    The Delfina background die, fantastic! The holly branch is the perfect accent die for the poinsettia’s. The red and white colour combination is wonderful, love that! Poinsettias are my favourite Christmas flowers.
