Challenge Reminder
by Tina Wilstrup

Hello Poppy fans! It's Tina here with a challenge reminder for the last challenge of the year, and of course we're making it about Christmas.
I'm sharing a fairly simple card, although putting it together was quite tedious. I started by planning out where I wanted to place the beautiful dove cut out, and then first stamped and silver heat embossed the sentiment.
The dove frame I also heat embossed with silver embossing powder, and the colored inlayed die cut pieces are from some leftover alcohol ink panel using a dark green, teal and silver mixative. If you're die cutting yupo paper, I recommend running it back and forth a couple of times to prevent breakage of those tiny pieces when taking them apart. Now, maybe I was using the wrong glue but those pieces just wouldn't stick, lol. In the end the work and time spent was worth it.
As a finishing touch I added a couple of silver sequins.
I hope with this card I have inspired you to join our challenge. But in case you need a little more motivation, how about a prize? The winner (chosen at random) of this challenge will receive a $20 Gift Certificate to spend on their favorites from the store! You have until 12 am US EST on December 29 to link up your design here! We'll start a new challenge and announce the winners on January 1. We can't wait to see what you make!
