He’s Coming to Town…

Welcome to Poppystamps Blog! Lezlye here today with a Christmas Card. This is one of those idea’s that just kept
coming forward with idea’s.
I decided to do the card in white and gold and just a few touches of red. I had an open spot at the bottom and decided to add the hand drawn note pole sign. The sleigh was assembled and cut in half. I tucked it behind to make it appear as it was flying off. I hand colored twine with copies to make it look like leather.
I used quite a few dies on this card, but I really like the way it came together. I hope you do too!

What a WONDERFUL card, Lezley! The scene you’ve made is just fabulous, and that “north pole” sign is the perfect icing on the cake. I would have never dreamed of doing this in white and gold, and now it’s hard to imagine it any other way. I just love how the holly frame sets the scene for Santa. Thanks for sharing this, and I just love it. (Can you tell how much I like your card?!!)
