Blog Blitz with Skybrook Ornaments

Hello Poppystamps fans! Welcome to another day of the blog blitz where we are showcasing all the beautiful new Poppystamps dies that have just been released! Today I am featuring the beautiful new Skybrook Ornaments!

For this card, I first embossed the die into some white card stock, just to leave an impression. I then colored in the ornaments with my Copic markers. I used three shades of red and blended.  I colored the little circle spaces in with green. I then cut out one of the Skybrook Ornament dies and I glued this over my colored impression. 

Next I stamped the sentiment in black ink and I mounted the whole white panel onto an A2 size red top folded card. I cut the top of the ornament out of a piece of silver fun foam and glued that in place, then  added some small clear sequins on the larger of the green ornaments.

And there you have a beautiful clean and simple Christmas card, ready to send to that special family member or friend 🙂

    I just love this card and the die you’ve used. This is very unusual, especially how you’ve embossed it instead of cutting it out.
