Love is in the Air

Jeanne here today with a quick fun Valentines card!  I created a cloud background with  the Puffy Cloud Border die.  Starting at the bottom of my card base I inked up rows of clouds one layer at time.  I used the die cut border as a mask to apply the distress ink.
The heart balloons were easy to put together.  I cut them from three different colors – pink, red and gold.  I just switched out the inserts.

The die comes with an extra balloon that is perfect for placing behind the open striped or dotted balloons.

I held the cut out pieces and twine  in place with some washi.  Next I adhered them to the card base with adhesive foam tape to add dimension.

I adhered the letters with adhesive foam tape and attached the ends of the twine to the top of the letters with a glue dot.

A sprinkle of heart gems and sequins for a little extra bling, and I'm a happy girl!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
