Christmas In July
We Wish You A Merry Christmas…..We Wish You A Merry Christmas….Are you singing along?

Another red and silver card. I love sparkle. You might have guessed from my blog page name…. Glitter Grammy! I think red and silver are perfect Christmas colors. My card today is 6×6. I've die cut the Merry Christmas background on a piece of 5 3/4 x 5 3/4 which I layered onto a piece of 5 7/8 x 5 7/8 silver paper. A hint, this back ground die is very intricate, so you may want to roll it through your machine twice. I've cut this die on three different machines and it cut well on all three, but I did run it through more than once. This is something I always do as I've learned that cardstock, and machines all cut differently.
My next die is the Viviro ornament die. This die was a pleasant surprise. I didn't know the inside of the ornament would drop away leaving the border. You probably could hear me say….Oh Wow! I layered it onto a piece of red, which was layered onto silver. And then, you can see, I just glued it to the card….Pretty cool I think. And easy…yup!
Remember I said the inside of the Viviro ornament die fell away…well, waste not, want not!
As you can see, I used the parts on the inside of the card. I love it when I can use a die more than one way. And the Frozen Flakes die was the perfect fit for this card. It is so delicate looking and that's my favorite kind of die. It's just beautiful!
And…Now, another card is finished and ready to post…..
I've got to tell you, this Poppystamps Release is FABULOUS! And guess what…. I'm offering the Merry Christmas Background die as my give away during the Blog Blitz! It's easy, just leave a comment and you are entered….So what are you waiting for?
FYI: For every post on the blog between July 1-15 we'll be giving away a die to one random commenter. Comment on any of the posts that you'd like to enter by Midnight US EST July 18. Winners will be posted here on July 20.
Sending wishes for a most crafty day….Hugs from me to you!
